All of the equipment used in the mixing and bottling of chemistry is made of chemical-grade stainless steel. All tanks, mixers, piping and pumps are made from this material for reasons of cleanliness and to eliminate material contamination. All raw material components are measured by weight using load cells to assure accuracy and consistency throughout each product mix. In our years of operation, Process Solutions has never had a product returned for a quality related or functional issue. We value this statistic above all else.
In 2008, the company purchased and installed three high-speed bottling lines to cater to the increasing demand for small size bottles required in high volumes. The lines provide varied container sizes for our customer’s needs.
