Under the registration requirements of ISO 9001/2000, Process Solutions tests all incoming raw materials for purity and consistency.  Adherence to standards is their benchmark as manufacturers of quality and product performance.  “Certificates of Analysis are only a guide and cannot be relied upon 100% of the time so we test every component before it enters the mix,” says Mr. Mappin.  When the analytical lab at Process Solutions certifies the component it has a signed document which is then given to the production department.  When a product has been mixed, a sample then goes the QC lab where it is tested against a standard and approved, before it is bottled, labeled and shipped to the customer.

All chemical mixing is performed using state-of-the-art stainless steel vessels with computerized weighing, heating, cooling and mixing.  The manufacturing process has been automated to enable the production department to turn around product orders in forty-eight hours.
