In 2003 the company added an analytical group to its R&D lab.  We have state-of-the-art analytical equipment which is used extensively to vet incoming raw materials to assure high quality production.  The staff also take part in the research effort to continually source less expensive components or alternative and more efficient components in both customer’s and our proprietary formulations.   The R&D group is responsible for quality assurance and quality control along with the maintenance of the ISO 9001/2000 system.  At any time in the production process, the R&D technician can stop the process if he feels that results are not in conformance with standards.   A method of oversight such as this is vital to control the total quality objectives of Process Solutions Inc.
